Louise Thompson shares a scary health update

Louise Thompson bravely showed the realities of her ongoing mental health battle after the birth of her son Leon back in December.

The 32-year-old former Made In Chelsea star is documenting her journey with postpartum depression on her Instagram an account in recent months after complications during childbirth meant she had two very close brushes with death.

Since then, the former reality TV star has been incredibly sincere about the ongoing struggles she faces every day, and in her latest set of Instagram stories, Louise has confessed that she experienced a “catastrophic breakdown” on Tuesday – so bad it did. her wish she would ‘die’.

Louise explained that her day started on a high note, and she felt calm and content spending quality time with her partner, Ryan Libbey, and their six-month-old baby, Leo.

Mom swam her beloved son, and then visited her childhood best friend and former Made In Chelsea star, Rosie Fortescue who gave her a beautiful silver ring.

Louise explained that although she has had many things to be thankful for in her life, she can still get triggered at any given point that leads to panic attacks and “breakdowns” – which is exactly what happened to her after her healthy day out.

The brave star posted two pictures of herself sobbing in her Instagram stories as she shared the realities of the “pain” and “suffering” she endures every day after the difficult birth of her son, which not only affected her physically but also mense.

“And then I had an absolute catastrophic collapse out of NOTHING,” Louise wrote along with the distressing click.

“It’s as if my brain thought I was going to die again. I couldn’t think straight or work for 40 minutes. Absolutely stony. I literally don’t think I was triggered by anything.

“I had to take it off because I don’t like to lower my mood for Ryan or others and then I found some pictures of myself as a child in my bedroom and I started screaming ‘why should this have happened to me’ – feeling so angry and sad about me? own innocent, vulnerable self. “

Louise continued: “Honestly, wtf it goes on. My new antidepressant is good enough for sleeping so I take it in the evening and at least that helped me go to bed and recover today as a fresh new day.

“But WOW, when I’m stuck in those moments I want to DIE in a big way.”

The former real TV star also posted another photo of herself with tears streaming down her face as she sat sobbing on her bedroom floor in the middle of the distressing attack.

“I honestly don’t even have words to explain the suffering. I just keep telling myself to keep going because light is around the corner,” she wrote.
