Katie Price hosts a garden party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with friends and family

Katie Price arranged a garden party in honor of the queen‘s Platinum Jubilee while she awaits trial for her restraining order.

The former chic model, 44, was warned last month that she was facing jail time after she pleaded guilty to a prison violation by calling her ex-boyfriend Kieran Hayler’s boyfriend “channel s ** g”.

But while she waited for her fate, Katie was distracted by the potentially threatening prison sentence as she celebrated the Jubilee bank holiday with friends and family.

Missing from the group was Harvey, who recently celebrated her 20th birthday, which Katie marked with a click of him standing outside in a blue shirt to his Instagram grid on Saturday.

However, she came under fire for apparently applying a filter to the image.

Fans quickly accused her of “heavily filtering” and “airbrushing” the photo of Harvey, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, diabetes and autism.

Posting one day after Harvey’s birthday, Katie wrote, “My beautiful son still can’t believe his 20.”

But in the comments section, fans countered Katie’s post, with one person smoking: ‘Edit your own son? Wow. ‘

Another commented, ‘Oh, don’t filter Harvey.’

While a third said: “HARV does not need any filter, he is a BELGIAN HARV”

And a fourth wrote: ‘Blimey, she’s even leaking her photos now. why people can’t show off their natural appearance online. Such a sad world. ‘

Fifth asked, ‘Did you really have to air Harvey ?????’

Another added: ‘She put a filter on him. He doesn’t need it, he’s 20 not 90. He’s beautiful, he doesn’t need a filter, shame on you Katie. ‘

Others took the comments to send their best wishes to Harvey on his 20th birthday, while many noticed how much he resembled his brother Junior, 16, whose father is Peter Andre.

“Don’t filter Harvey”: But fans quickly accused her of “heavily filtering” and “airbrushing” the image of Harvey, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, diabetes and autism.

The mother of five was arrested on January 21 on suspicion of violating her incarceration against Michelle Penticost with a dirty text to her ex.

The message read: ‘Tell your ugly girlfriend’s piece of shit not to start me.

– She’s in jail, so don’t try to oppose me because she’s in violation and I’m sure she doesn’t want people to know she had an affair with you behind my back. That gutter sucks. ‘

Katie, who was joined by current partner Carl Woods at Lewes Crown Court, was later charged with breach of custody but pleaded not guilty on April 27 and asked for a coronation trial.

Gifts: Earlier this week, Katie showed off Harvey’s huge gift before her 20th birthday, posting a picture of boxes piled up in her doorway.

However, she pleaded guilty and was told by Judge Stephen Mooney that she was “at risk of receiving an immediate prison sentence”.

It has previously been suggested that she could face up to five years in prison if she is found to have violated the order.

Katie’s lawyer Nicholas Hamblin said the star should avoid jail again because only the words “say yours” were a violation of the jail.

He said: ‘If it weren’t for those two words in the message, it wouldn’t be a break.’

Katie, who has been released on bail, will be tried on June 24 for violating the restriction.

She was sentenced to five years in prison on June 3, 2019, barring her from contacting Pentecost directly or indirectly.

The order came after Katie threw a mischievous “pull of abuse” at her during a row in a school playground.

Her lawyer added: ‘It is very remarkable in this case that there is a lot of background information that will have to be put before the court.

– Much of it is in a therapist’s report and the court would need to be updated on her current situation and indeed on the issues that have occupied so much of her time and time of others for quite a few years.

– You will notice that she was subjected to conditions of suspended punishment.

‘Part of my job will be to try to persuade the court that in this case, due to the available mitigation, it will be unfair to activate that suspended sentence.’

After allegedly sending ominous texts to ex-Kieran, Katie was arrested at her home by officers around 5.45pm on January 21 and taken to Worthing police station.

After a 12-hour interrogation she was released, though not before officers confiscated her phone, which they examined for evidence.

Beside a female security guard, she stood in the dock of Court 1 and smiled as her boyfriend sat behind her in court.

Asked how she pleaded guilty to a single charge of breach of order, the former chic model replied: ‘Guilty.’

Nicholas Hamblin, a defense attorney, told the court that the case against her was based on two words “Say yours …” that constituted an indirect message to Miss Penticost.

He said he would put a lot of personal information about Price in court as part of his mitigation.

Judge Stephen Mooney told Price: “Clearly you have pleaded guilty to an offense and pleaded guilty and you are aware that you committed the offense during a suspended sentence and risk going to jail.”

He said she would be released on bail until trial next month while reports were drawn up. But he warned her she would then be “at risk of receiving an immediate prison sentence”.
