Richarlison has admitted he has already told Everton bosses his immediate transfer plans as clubs revolve around the forward.
The Brazilian striker played an instrumental role as the Toffees avoided relegation to the Championship, scoring six goals in their final nine league games. But with two years remaining on his deal, there is a growing sense that he could leave Goodison Park in the next window.
Signed by Wattford back in 2018, the 25-year-old has more than 150 appearances for the Blues, hitting double digits for goals in each of his five seasons on Merseyside. However, with Everton the player’s well-documented financial affairs, reflected in the player’s own ambitious plans, could be on the cards.
Real Madrid were linked with the forward for some time, while Paris Saint-Germain emerged as potential suitors. Closer to home, likenesses of Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal were advertised with Celo reporting that the Gunners have sounded their representatives in recent weeks.
And speaking during an international tour, Richarlison did little to stifle speculation, revealing that he had already spoken to manager Frank Lampard and the Everton board, clearly outlining his stance.
“I’ve already explained to the board,” he said Sport Globe. “I’ve also talked to (manager Frank) Lampard, my agents and they know what I want. Let’s wait until June.

“Now I can’t talk, because when we talk about leaving a club, I’m like that, because of the history I have at Everton, because of the love the fans have for me. When we talk about leaving, I’m a little speechless. ”
Lampard hopes to build on the success he achieved at the end of his first season in charge, and hopes to make a few new signings to improve the playing squad. But he had previously spoken about the importance of Richarlison and how he hopes to continue to improve a player, whom he described as “a great focus of the team”.
“With Richy I think and I know he understands what my feelings are about him,” Lampard explained. “I think he’s a fantastic, great talent, with a work ethic, which is why Everton fans are so attached to him. The way he fights – he’s a really tough guy – and some of that is due to his makeup and education. It’s a pleasure working with him. “
He added: “My point with him – where my job is – is to try and concentrate on how we can improve him. Because I think he’s more forthcoming. You see glimpses of it all the time.
“Of course he wants to score more goals on a regular basis. It’s all there for him. You forget how young he is because he’s been in England long enough. The reality is he’s playing at a really high level and there’s a huge focus on the team.”
